Admin Specialist

As an Admin Specialist within the Internal Operations team, you will have an opportunity to directly contribute to our purpose by providing administrative support to our Dallas headquarters location while being a steward of Sendero and our culture. This role is required to be in person Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and is a non-exempt position under FLSA.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide general office support and front desk management including:
- Greet visitors
- Manage parking for visitors (e.g., parking validation)
- Manage the inventory and ordering of office supplies
- Maintain breakroom cleanliness and general office tidiness throughout
- Receive and route office mail and deliveries
- Handle e-mail and phone correspondence (e.g., main line phone support)
- Create shipping labels as directed for mailings
- Run work-related errands as requested
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned by the office & facilities manager
- Provide general administrative support for the Sendero office including:
- Reserve meeting space
- Monitor the scheduling for the conference rooms
- Submit maintenance orders as requested
- Provide coordination of vendor services for office
- Complete reporting and provide updates on various office services (e.g., supplies, budget, space assignments, etc.) to the facilities manager
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- High school diploma
- Preferred: Associates degree
- Work experience that may include full or part-time work
- Preferred: Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite
- Basic business writing and verbal information-sharing availabilities
