At Sendero, we exist to unleash the potential of our company, clients, and community. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist within the Internal Operations team, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our purpose by recruiting and selecting the best people for Sendero.
This is an entry-level role based at our headquarters in Dallas, Texas, with hybrid work arrangements (e.g., regular onsite commitments along with the opportunity to work remotely when there are no onsite events). The ideal candidate for this role will bring no more than 2 years of experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Execute recruiting processes for campus and experienced hires
Source and screen candidates accurately based on Sendero’s position requirements
Communicate effectively with candidates and Sendero stakeholders
Assist in assessing candidates and facilitating offer decisions
Prepare for and participate in recruiting activities
Maintain external job board postings on various platforms
Represent Sendero professionally with candidates, universities and other external partners
Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external audiences
Refine and maintain tracking systems for candidates, potential candidates, and recruiting alumni
Support content development for Sendero’s employer branding efforts
Stay updated on talent acquisition best practices and competitor trends
Complete projects and other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related degree with a 3.0 GPA or higher
Participation over time in two or more extracurricular activities
Leadership experience from an academic, work, or extra-curricular role
Proven work experience
Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite
Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
High detail-orientation and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred: experience in recruiting or human resources
